Tawhay Villa is a vacation house with the features of a comfortable home. A three level house, it consists of two (2) Superior Rooms in the 2nd level and two (2) Apartments units one in the 1st level and the other in the 3rd level. Tawhay Villa has an open-air terrace and garden where guests can dine al fresco. It also has a back-up generator set and maid service.

 
Types of Accommodation:

Superior Room
2 single-size beds ( one bed with a single-size pull-out bed ), airconditioner, refrigerator, cable TV, table with chairs, cabinet, toilet and bath room and hot and cold water.
 
Apartment Unit
1 bedroom with 1 queen-size bed and a single-size pull-out bed, airconditioner, refrigerator, cable TV, cabinet, kitchen, dining table for six persons, living room, toilet and bathroom and hot and cold water.
 
Maximum occupants per bedroom ( 3 - 4 persons ) :
Superior Room - 3 adults ( 2 adults in 2 single-size beds and 1 adult in pull-out/extra bed ) or 2 adults and 2 kids, 12 years old or below ( 2 adults in 2 single-size beds and 2 kids, 12 years old or below sharing the pull-out/extra bed ).
Apartment Unit - 3 adults ( 2 adults sharing 1 queen-size bed and 1 adult in a pull-out/extra bed ) or 2 adults and 2 kids, 12 years old or below ( 2 adults sharing 1 queen-size bed and 2 kids, 12 years old or below sharing the pull-out/extra bed ).
